Returns Policy
You are entitled to a full refund of unused goods for up to 14 days after receiving the goods if bought directly from a Sixty-5 representative, or up to 30 days after receiving the goods if you purchased online direct from Sixty-5. For purchases from resellers please follow the outlet's returns policy.

Shipping Policy
Sixty-5 aims to fulfil all online orders within a maximum of 30 days unless by prior agreement with the end user. Please note that shipping periods vary for bulk sales to resellers, please contact Sixty-5 for confirmation of timelines.
Standard shipping times are 3 days to UK and Ireland, 7 working days to Australia or New Zealand. Other countries may vary - please contact Sixty-5 on support@sixty-5.com for confirmation. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the payment of all duties, taxes or import charges on Sixty-5 purchases.
