At Sixty-5, we want to ensure that customers are happy with their goods. We allow a 14 day no quibble guarantee whereby products that are unsuitable can be returned to us for a full refund. Faulty hardware may be returned up to one year from date of purchase under warranty when we will endeavour to repair or refund. For more details please download our returns policy below.

Sixty-5 shall develop the backup schedule, perform scheduled backups, provide routine and emergency data recovery, and manage the archiving process. In the event of data loss, Sixty-5 shall provide recovery services to try to restore the most recent backup. If you experience a data loss, please email email@example.com for guidance.
